Are your products natural?

We use natural ingredients wherever possible. Because our product contain natural ingredients, slight variation in color, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch.

Our products are made to be gentle, but every skin type is different. We recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

To help your soap last longer, keep it dry between uses and store it on a draining soap dish away from direct water.

Apply a small amount to clean skin and gently massage as needed. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make things right.
